Under the Sea

So.... I have been interested in cake design for a couple of years now.... with the latest in our economy I find myself unemployed... :( With unemployment, I find I have time to explore some area's of interest.... Cake Design being one of them...

A couple of weeks ago I decided to look up some recipes for homemade fondant... It can't be that hard I think to myself... I was right! It wasn't that hard and I had everything in my kitchen that I needed to make it... so off I go!

Youtube.com is also an amazing tool for learning ANYTHING!
